General• Do not use ANY of my artwork for NFTs or AI related purposes• Make sure to give proper credit when sharing my artwork online• If I am not comfortable with the request, or believe I am unable to fulfill what is being requested, I reserve the right to cancel the commission• I do not maintain waitlists. If commission slots are full, I will decline your request• If you are a content creator that would prefer I wait for a specific reveal on your behalf to post it on my social media, such as a debut or a scheduled video, please let me know• If a design is too complex, I will simplify certain aspects of the design unless discussed otherwise• Big revisions, such as poses, clothes, and hairstyle can only be done during the sketching phase, if you request a big revision after the sketching phase, a fee will be applied• You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed (thumbnails and emotes already come with commercial rights)Payment• Please note that all payments must be made in advance. I will not get started with your commission until I receive the payment• All payment transactions will be processed through PayPal until further notice• No refunds, unless I have not started on your commission yet or If there is a circumstance that prevents me from working on your commission any further• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself• No chargebacks. If you purposefully issue a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project, your right to the artwork will be retracted. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me againFees• Detailed backgrounds +$10 or more depending on the complexity• Extra character +100%• If you request a major revision after the sketching phase is complete, a fee ranging from $10 to $30 may apply, depending on the progress of the artwork and how significant the revision is• Commercial pieces are the base price doubled• Rush fees are 50% of the initial pricing. I will not take on a rush fee commission if I do not think I can finish it in that timeframe. Rush fees are applicable if you need the piece finished within a week.Scheduling• Commissions will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to those who have made their payments first or have paid a rush fee• If you desire your commission to be delivered by a certain date that doesn't require a rush fee, your slot position will keep this in mind• The time it takes to finish your commission (once I have started) ranges from 1 week up to a month, depending on the complexity of the work and my life situationCopyrightI claim the rights to the work produced, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:- Use the art as a sample for sales or self-promotion
- Post it wherever I wantThe buyer is allowed to:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself
- Use the artwork to promote themselvesThe following is considered copyright infringement:- Using the copyrighted artwork commercially (aka making money off it in any way)
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Altering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time)
